荷兰江苏商会成立于2018年4月，由旅居荷兰的江苏籍华侨、华人，在荷江苏籍人士创办的企业、在荷江苏籍企业及荷兰当地人士共同组建，并在荷兰KVK依法登记批准成立的，是一家非盈利性、非政治性、非宗教性的社会团体，总部设在荷兰中部的乌德勒支省。第一任会长由商会创始人胡绮女士担任，第二任会长由沈礼发先生担任。

Jiangsu Business Association- the Netherlands was established in April 2018. It was jointly established by overseas Chinese and Chinese from Jiangsu living in the Netherlands, enterprises founded by Jiangsu nationals in the Netherlands, Jiangsu enterprises in the Netherlands and local people in the Netherlands.
